Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Practice Engagement Manager to join our Information Technology leadership client team. The role focuses on building executive-level client relationships and advancing sourcing and procurement transformation opportunities, partnering with senior procurement stakeholders to shape solutions and drive strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 14+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management.
• Master's degree preferred with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing and procurement transformation landscape and trends.
• Proven track record in providing CPO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CPOs and procurement leaders to ensure alignment with the company's solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner for CXOs to help achieve strategic objectives.
• Co-lead sourcing and procurement transformation pursuits and ensure high-quality proposals are submitted.
• Engage with client leaders to understand requirements and improve proposals based on feedback.
• Suggest innovative AI solutions to enhance client procurement processes.
• Participate in senior governance for transformation projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Create high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase thought leadership.

This role focuses on building executive-level client relationships and advancing sourcing and procurement transformation opportunities. You will partner closely with senior procurement stakeholders to shape solutions, strengthen proposals, and support strategic pursuits across complex enterprise engagements. The position also plays an important role in governance, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive successful delivery and client impact.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000 annually
