This highly client-facing role focuses on improving procurement performance, strengthening compliance, and demonstrating measurable value through data-driven business cases, KPI baselines, and value delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and SRM.
• Familiarity with SAP or Coupa.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Procurement Domain SME (Remote, US) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor at the intersection of procurement transformation and AI-enabled operations. You will partner with senior procurement leaders to shape priorities, translate business challenges into practical solutions, and support engagements from discovery through deployment. The position is highly client-facing and focused on improving procurement performance, strengthening compliance, and demonstrating measurable value through data-driven business cases.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,000 – $234,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Engage with CPOs to understand transformation priorities
• Lead workshops to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Develop business cases, proposals, and executive presentations
• Demonstrate AI's impact on procurement metrics like savings and compliance
• Serve as the lead SME during client engagements from design to deployment
• Define business requirements and success criteria for procurement processes
• Establish KPI baselines and track realized value against business cases

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement consulting or relevant industry experience
• Expertise in at least three procurement areas such as strategic sourcing or supplier relationship management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and product industries such as automotive or CPG
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP or Coupa
• Knowledge of AI applications in procurement workflows
• Ability to build outcome-based business cases and track realized value
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
