Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay to lead end-to-end P2P operations across requisition through payment.

You will partner with finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to improve governance, drive automation, and strengthen operational visibility in a remote, distributed organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, supplier experience, and control, with a focus on performance standards, SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, accounts payable, or procurement operations.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• End-to-end P2P expertise across multiple towers.
• Governance, SLAs, KPIs, and SOX compliance experience.
• ERP experience with NetSuite; P2P platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead end-to-end procure-to-pay operations, with ownership spanning requisition through payment and the performance standards that support a scalable, compliant process. You will partner closely with finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to improve governance, drive automation, and strengthen operational visibility. The position is highly cross-functional and focused on delivering accuracy, efficiency, supplier experience, and control across a distributed organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,640 - $154,550 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procure-to-pay performance from requisition to payment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, accounts payable, or procurement operations, including 5+ years managing teams


• Demonstrated end-to-end procure-to-pay expertise across multiple towers


• Track record of running operational governance, SLAs, KPIs, and audit/SOX compliance


• Experience managing vendor relationships and remote teams


• Proven ability to develop and present executive-level QBRs


• ERP experience, NetSuite preferred, plus a P2P platform such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba


• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain
