Ladders is seeking an AVP, Procurement Center of Excellence to shape the operating model and governance across the enterprise, driving efficiency, standardization, and measurable value creation in a remote setting.

The role oversees procurement technology strategy, analytics capabilities, and core process design while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and supports enterprise transformation and M&A integration in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement or related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years in people leadership, building multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and technology portfolios.
• Proven track record in managing procurement technology platforms and roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing and supplier management.

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Procurement Center of Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the procurement operating model and governance across the enterprise, with a strong focus on efficiency, standardization, and measurable value creation. The leader will oversee procurement technology strategy, analytics capabilities, and core process design while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This position also plays a key role in supporting enterprise transformation and M&A integration efforts within a complex healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $184,800 – $254,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect the procurement operating model to improve performance and efficiency
• Own the strategy and governance of the procurement technology portfolio
• Lead the design and ownership of core procurement processes and standards
• Drive the analytics function to deliver actionable insights for decision-making
