Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas seeks a Product Coordinator to drive end-to-end procurement and supply chain execution, from supplier sourcing through warehouse receipt, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency for the Ravago International business.

This role requires attention to detail, proactive issue resolution, and coordination across suppliers, logistics and internal teams to support performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Procurement or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end purchase order lifecycle across multiple suppliers, ensuring on-time shipping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers at all levels.
• Maintain high-accuracy ERP data for forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and warehouse operations, issuing work orders and packing instructions.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with A/P to coordinate payments for Cash in Advance and Cash Against Documents purchases.
• Collect and validate supplier documents to maintain audit-ready records.
• Support supplier onboarding and new product setup.
• Monitor KPIs daily; identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Manage claim creation and resolution for warehouse non-performance issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance.
• Contribute to team performance through cross-training and workload balancing.
