Job summary

Ravago is seeking a Product Coordinator to drive end-to-end procurement and supply chain execution. You will manage supplier relationships, maintain ERP data accuracy, and coordinate inbound logistics to ensure efficient material handling and inventory readiness.

Your role supports cross-functional teams, analyzes KPIs daily, and contributes to continuous improvement in procurement workflows. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license – required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end purchase order lifecycle across multiple suppliers to ensure on-time shipping.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers at all levels.
• Ensure high-accuracy data in ERP systems to enable forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and warehouse operations.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance/A/P to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate payments for Cash in Advance and Cash Against Documents.
• Collect and validate supplier documents for audit-ready records.
• Support supplier onboarding and new product setup.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address risks to purchase orders.
• Manage claims from non-performance and coordinate with warehouses.
• Collaborate跨-functional with Product Management, Logistics, warehousing, and Finance.
• Contribute to team performance through cross-training and workload balancing.
