Responsibilities

• Input all receipts of incoming material from assigned warehouses.
• Reconcile warehouse receipts with vendor paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy of lots, packaging codes, nomenclature, weight, supplier data.
• Enter receipts within 24-hour guideline.
• Coordinate with Product Manager/Coordinator or Logistics Coordinator on damaged material dispositions.
• Analyze delivery and P.O. reports to resolve open order issues.
• Act as point of contact for work order lot issues.
• Communicate with CSR on work order completion and changes.
• Update month-end reports and perform required adjustments.
