Ravago Manufacturing Americas is seeking an organized Customer Service / Order Entry specialist in the Wilton, CT area. You will process orders, coordinate with Sales, Inventory and Product teams, and manage related paperwork to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include entry of orders, billing within 48 hours, credit checks, and shipment coordination. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Above average skills in Ravago Tools and Microsoft Office with quick learning aptitude.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ravago America’s Channel, customer service preferred.
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Innate sense of urgency with proactive work approach.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and teamwork.
• Discretion and ethical handling of information.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Order Entry – enter orders via Mobile App or manual entry with Sales force support.
• Accurate filing and creation of paperwork (BOL, COA, Purchase orders).
• Batch Assignment Requests with Product Coordination or Inventory Coordinators.
• Monitor credit with Credit Manager to ensure proper credit for shipments.
• Set up shipment through OTM and coordinate with Transportation group.
• Gather accurate freight rates from carriers and logistics partners.
• Bill orders within 48 hours and send invoices to customers.
• Track railcar, truckload, and bulk shipments; report delays.
• Customer reporting, spreadsheets, and data requests as needed.
• Maintain Customer Accounts with Master Data; assist tax exemption processes.
• Enter all customer-related claims and coordinate with Claims Coordinator.
• All other duties as assigned.
