Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–2 years in distribution or supply chain.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in English; bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish/Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in ERP and coordinate with shipping to fulfill orders.
• Maintain customer specs and communicate order status, backorders, and shipments.
• Coordinate order flow across departments and support account managers.
• Assist with coverage, problem-solving, and process improvements as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines during order processing.
