You will drive safe operations, oversee the ERP/WMS system, and manage a railcar fleet across North America, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing warehouse operations
• Experience in ERP/WMS, including reporting from ERP
• Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze data and drive improvements
• Demonstrated leadership and people management ability

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to ensure safe warehouse operations
• Understand how warehouse operations impact product quality and drive improvements
• Coordinate monthly shipping goals and schedule the team accordingly
• Collaborate with customer service and production to meet requirements at lowest cost
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Oversee railcar fleet management and movements across North America
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in the ERP
• Oversee staging and storage of materials and optimize space for production
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management
• Identify and implement cost-improvement initiatives in the warehouse
