Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, drop ships and requests.
• Provide product information, pricing and availability to customer.
• Coordinate with outside warehouses to ensure orders ship on time and in full.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Enter monthly price sheets and prepare reports for customer visits.
• Assist sales with quotes, samples and follow-up items.
• Update customer forecasts as relayed by sales.
