Job summary

Korpack, located in the western Chicago suburbs, seeks a detail-oriented procurement specialist to manage day-to-day PO desk tasks, vendor records, and inbound supply-chain communications. You will support price updates, item setup, and ERP data integrity for efficient production runs across two facilities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data cleanliness, and proactive vendor communication. Training will cover Korpack-specific processes and co-packing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with vendors on quotes, orders, and deliveries.
• Hands-on ERP purchasing experience (Acumatica preferred; other ERPs acceptable).
• Strong Excel skills for lookups, pivots, and data uploads.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors end to end, including confirming bank details.
• Keep vendor records clean: capabilities, vendor class, contacts and PO email routing.
• Gather specs, units of measure, pack sizes, and ensure correct unit-of-measure conversions.
• Request quotes, specs and lead times from vendors, and collect price lists.
• Support price maintenance by compiling and uploading routine price updates.
