Job summary

Morrison Cup Solutions, an Oklahoma City–based foodservice packaging company, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage purchase orders, vendor relations, and ERP-driven processes. The role focuses on ensuring correct costs, quantities, and timely deliveries from suppliers.

The candidate will handle PO creation, invoicing alignment, and maintenance of ERP records, with a view toward efficient procurement operations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business function is a plus.
• Work experience in procurement, supply chain, and/or logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Enter POs for weekly orders and verify POs with vendor confirmations.
• Receive product deliveries and follow up on back-ordered POs.
• Match product invoices to receiving and POs and coordinate invoicing.
• Verify open POs and follow up on late orders in a timely manner.
• Set up products and review product set ups in ERP.
• Enter work orders into ERP and assist the warehouse with paperwork.
