Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify receipt of items and resolve discrepancies between POs, invoices, and shipments.
• Maintain purchasing records and update vendor/order databases.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate with production, accounting, and warehouse teams to meet procurement needs.
• Support pricing/terms negotiation with suppliers as directed.
• Prepare purchasing reports and documentation; assist with sourcing new suppliers.
