Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in business, supply chain, finance, accounting, or operations.
• Two+ years in Purchasing, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, or related role preferred.
• Experience in distribution center, warehouse, or fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and track purchase orders; review invoices and documentation; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor on-hand inventory and non-inventory supplies; place orders to prevent shortages and excesses; use CMMS or inventory tools to track items.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and internal departments; coordinate with Procurement, Finance, AP, and Operations to meet purchasing needs.
• Review financial, purchasing, invoice, and inventory reports; interpret Tableau dashboards; use Excel for data analysis; support reconciliations and process improvements.
• Oversee reporting, analysis, and process support with monthly or bi-weekly reviews.
