Deckers Brands in Mooresville, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to execute and drive the DC Inventory Control program, developing professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others to support smooth processes. You will help Fulfillment and other departments by resolving inventory or location issues so orders can be shipped on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control conventions.
• Able to resolve inventory issues to enable on-time order shipments.
• Support month/quarter/year-end activities and audits.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive the DC Inventory Control program.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others.
• Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
• Provide support to Fulfillment and other departments by resolving inventory or location issues so that orders can be shipped on time.
• Ensure item set-up is done in a timely manner and updated.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inventory issues brought to the IC area.
• Ensure receipts, orders, and returns under inventory control responsibility are completed daily.
• Plan and execute a variety of different projects as needed.
