Job summary

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with advanced Excel, strong communication, and collaboration across Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Warranty, and HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and SCM software is a plus.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support to the Parts Manager.
• Analyze inventory performance, sales trends, fill rates, backorders, demand forecasts, and KPIs.
• Develop SOPs on inventory availability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and special projects.
