Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, or similar.
Experience in a distribution center or fast-paced operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

30% Purchase Orders and Invoice Processing: Create, update, track, and close purchase orders; review invoices and supporting docs; coordinate corrections with AP, requestors, and suppliers.
25% Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor on-hand inventory, place and track supply orders, use CMMS for ordering/receiving/tracking.
25% Vendor and Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a contact for suppliers and internal departments; coordinate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Operations and others.
20% Reporting, Analysis, and Process Support: Review reports, interpret Tableau dashboards, use Excel for data analysis, assist with reconciliations and process improvements.
