Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support IT systems and business operations in Charlotte, NC, on-site. You will manage purchasing requests end-to-end and collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Procurement teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

The role involves financial data handling, supporting chargeback processes, and identifying process improvements. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience required, with SAP/Ariba and advanced Excel

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, procurement support, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchasing requests from intake through completion, ensuring timely processing.
• Serve as liaison between requestors and Contracts, Legal, and Procurement teams.
• Review and support IT systems and business operations by identifying user needs.
• Document system issues and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Support the chargeback process and maintain accurate records.
• Compile, maintain, and report on financial data.
