A strong Excel skill set and attention to detail are essential. The role focuses on managing end-to-end procure-to-pay activities, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain.
• 0–10 years of experience in supply chain.
• Travel requirement: <10%.
• High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented and thorough.
• Ability to execute and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Material planning: analyze, forecast, optimize inventory and coordinate with management to ensure uninterrupted supply to factories, dealers and customers.
• Purchase order management: process orders, confirm deliveries, expedite to meet customer expectations; resolve discrepancies in procure-to-pay processes.
• Logistical management: collaborate with logistics to determine cost-effective transport and freight options; liaise with suppliers and manage escalations.
• Maintain supplier relationships to support partnerships and annual operating plans; monitor supplier performance and disruptions; support build plans.
