Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Materials Procurement to transform market, pricing, and consumption data into actionable insights guiding materials sourcing and supplier partnerships.

You’ll own complex analyses, develop tools and reporting, and collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Planning, and Finance to surface risks and opportunities. This is a builder’s role with visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in materials sourcing, procurement, or analytics.
• Strong ability to translate large data sets into models and insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to work across functions, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical backbone for strategic materials procurement and guide negotiations.
• Develop and maintain category analyses, pricing models, and spend benchmarks.
• Own recurring market intelligence reporting with integrated signals.
• Create seasonal and multi-year material forecasts and supplier implications.
• Prepare executive-ready models, dashboards, and summaries for decision-making.
