Job summary

SSi People in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Control Specialist to support critical purchasing activity and maintain smooth order flow with buyers, engineers and suppliers.

You will create requisitions and receipts, support procure-to-pay activities, and monitor order status while ensuring accurate documentation. Experience with Oracle and a background in supply chain procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or procurement in a industrial environment (oil & gas preferred).
• Experience creating requisitions and receipts in Oracle.
• Experience supporting pay activities, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration.
• Experience reporting and performing other administrative supply chain tasks with buyers, engineers, project teams and suppliers.

• Create requisitions and receipts to support business demand.
• Support procure-to-pay activities including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration.
• Coordinate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to keep procurement activities moving forward.
• Monitor order status and delivery requirements while maintaining procurement documentation and records.
