Job summary

Venturatalents seeks a Materials Control Specialist for an 8-month, onsite role in Tulsa, OK. The incumbent will manage requisitions and receipts in Oracle, support procure-to-pay processes, and coordinate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to align with schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials coordination in industrial environments, with PVF experience a plus. Onsite duties at One Williams Center, downtown Tulsa.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, materials coordination, or purchasing in industrial/oil & gas/environment
• Experience with Oracle ERP or SAP or equivalent ERP for requisitions and receipts
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay operations, PO tracking, and delivery tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation
• Ability to work in a process-m mature enterprise with formal approvals and cross-functional handoffs
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics preferred; Associate Degree + relevant experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Create requisitions and receipts in Oracle to support business demand
• Support procure-to-pay activities: requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration
• Collaborate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to meet project schedules
• Follow procurement policies and procedures and maintain audit-ready records
• Monitor order status and delivery requirements vs project schedules
• Support reporting and other administrative supply chain activities
