Job summary

GDH in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support supply chain operations, including requisitions, receipts, and procure-to-pay activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and accurate records.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions in Oracle, supporting P2P processes, and maintaining documentation, with a hybrid schedule combining office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, industrial operations, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes and procurement documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with material purchasing (pipe, valves, fittings) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to develop knowledge of industry materials and procurement processes.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and process requisitions and receipts using Oracle.
• Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, sourcing activities, and general procurement administration.
• Collaborate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to support procurement requirements.
• Follow established procurement policies and procedures.
• Respond to and resolve supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries related to procurement activities.
• Monitor purchase order status and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Support procurement reporting and other administrative supply chain activities as needed.
