SSi People in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Control Specialist to support critical purchasing activity and maintain smooth order flow with buyers, engineers and suppliers.

You will create requisitions and receipts, support procure-to-pay activities, and monitor order status while ensuring accurate documentation. Experience with Oracle and a background in supply chain procurement is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in supply chain or procurement in a industrial environment (oil & gas preferred).
• Experience creating requisitions and receipts in Oracle.
• Experience supporting pay activities, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration.
• Experience reporting and performing other administrative supply chain tasks with buyers, engineers, project teams and suppliers.

Job Title: Materials Control Specialist

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a detail-oriented procurement professional who can support critical purchasing activity, supplier coordination, and administrative supply chain work. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep requisitions, receipts, and order flow moving smoothly while working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create requisitions and receipts to support business demand.
• Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration.
• Coordinate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to keep procurement activities moving forward.
• Monitor order status and delivery requirements while maintaining accurate procurement documentation and records.

Required:

• Experience in supply chain or procurement or oil and gas or a related industrial environment.
• Creating requisitions receipts in Oracle
• Supporting pay activities, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration
• Supporting reporting and other administrative supply chain activities as needed Working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers
• Experience with pipe, valves, fittings, and material purchasing would be a plus but is not required
• Manager is open to any background but would be interested with someone from finance / supply chain background
• Bachelors degree is preferred but open to other degree with relevant experience.
