Job summary

Bravo Technical Resources Inc. is seeking a Materials Control Specialist for a Tulsa, OK on-site contract role (8 months + with potential conversion).

You will support procurement, purchasing, and materials management, collaborating with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time ordering, receipt, and delivery of materials. The role requires experience in procurement or supply chain, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a Materials Control Specialist to support procurement, purchasing, and materials management activities. You will work with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to help ensure materials are ordered, received, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and receipts in Oracle.
• Support procure-to-pay activities and invoice resolution.
• Track orders, deliveries, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Assist with bidding, reporting, and other supply chain activities.
• Resolve supplier and internal customer questions.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management.
