Job summary

Bravo Technical Resources Inc. is seeking a Materials Control Specialist for a Tulsa, OK on-site contract role (8 months + with potential conversion).

You will support procurement, purchasing, and materials management, collaborating with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time ordering, receipt, and delivery of materials. The role requires experience in procurement or supply chain, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and receipts in Oracle.
• Support procure-to-pay activities and invoice resolution.
• Track orders, deliveries, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Assist with bidding, reporting, and other supply chain activities.
• Resolve supplier and internal customer questions.
