ICON Technology Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support its Design-Build team in Austin, TX. You will act as the primary liaison between design, engineering, and field operations during construction, ensuring clear communication and timely information flow.

This role supports the PMO and assists with design coordination, submittals, RFIs, and document control. You will help track schedules, change management, and project reporting while coordinating with ICON's Design, Structural,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting design-build or general contracting projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and technical coordination.
• Experience with document control systems (Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary conduit between design and construction teams to align information and priorities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications between architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Coordinate with Design, Structural, MEP, and Print Operations to ensure constructibility.
• Track design revisions and distribute updated documents to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, minutes, and change orders.
• Support budgeting and cost tracking with procurement logs and invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare and update project reports and drawing logs per PMO standards.
• Ensure field/design documentation is stored in Procore, Smartsheet, etc.
