ICON Build is seeking a Vice President, Construction based in Austin, TX. You will own delivery from signed contract to finished build across residential, non-residential, civil, and military projects, with accountability for schedule, budget, and quality.

You will lead regional construction operations, staffing markets in Texas, Florida, and military installations, while working with Finance, Design, Building Science, Hardware, and Software teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with leadership of senior construction teams.
• Accountable executive on a portfolio of at least $100M in annual construction volume across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering ground-up vertical structures as GC or owner-builder, not only as an owner's rep.

Responsabilités

• Own schedule, budget, and quality for ICON Build projects from contract to closeout across residential, non-residential, civil, and military construction.
• Lead regional construction operations through Directors of Construction in TX, Milcon, and FL; staff markets ahead of starts and ensure performance and safety.
• Build project management and superintendent bench to schedule work and hold trades to it.
• Run preconstruction through Estimating and PMO; ensure estimate accuracy and bid-to-build handoff.
• Set cadence to report each project against baseline schedule and budget and surface variances early.
• Deliver self-performed trades (concrete foundations) with field leadership and cost controls.
