Job summary

ICON Prime seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to provide the operational backbone for the Prime business unit. You will own site operations, end-to-end procurement across R&D and overhead functions, and drive cost discipline across the organization from ICON Prime's Austin, TX campus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive operations experience with direct ownership of procurement, facilities management, and cost control functions.
• 5+ years managing office or administrative operations, owning onboarding logistics and vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated experience managing procurement across technical/R&D and general overhead spend.
• Track record of managing operational budgets, monthly close, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience with budget models and financial reporting within or alongside a Finance organization.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills with proven terms improvements.

Responsibilities

• Iterate enterprise operational practices for ICON Prime; develop and maintain SOPs for procurement, facilities, security, and cost control.
• Support onboarding logistics for new team members, including equipment provisioning and workspace setup.
• Drive continuous operational improvement as ICON Prime scales; identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement changes with minimal direction.
• Provide operational analysis, administrative task execution, and strategic initiatives for Prime leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for ICON Prime facilities, space planning, and maintenance, coordinating with IT and Facilities teams.
