Job summary

Pulice in Dallas/Austin seeks a Procurement Manager to lead district procurement, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with our goals.

You will oversee vendor qualification, procurement analytics, records and AP reconciliation, and support RFPs with the preconstruction team. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in construction procurement are required. This role is office-based in Texas with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction procurement.
• Skilled in contract negotiations and legal terminology.
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of database tools; JD Edwards E1 World is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and influencing skills; team-oriented.
