Vallen in East Moline, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support procurement for customers at a dedicated location. You will purchase products and materials to meet price, quality, timing, and supply reliability standards.

The role emphasizes dependable communication with vendors and customers, expedites orders as needed, and adherence to SOPs. A high school diploma and 1+ year procurement experience plus strong MS Office and ERP aptitude are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products.
• Experience with ERP and Inventory Management applications.
• Willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Procure products and materials to meet demand per strategies.
• Expedite or de-expedite orders for optimal delivery.
• Create and process purchase requisitions and orders.
• Evaluate vendors for quality, price, and delivery.
• Track order status and communicate with customers.
• Resolve supplier issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Follow SOPs and keep the worksite clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
