Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a technology company, is seeking a Contracts Manager (Procurement) based in the United States to drive end-to-end procurement and contracting for software, SaaS, and services. You will lead vendor negotiations, assess risk, and ensure compliant, favorable terms across MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and procurement agreements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and Operations, oversee renewals and spend optimization, and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contracts management in tech/SAAS environments.
• Experience negotiating vendor agreements and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement and inbound contracting lifecycle.
• Lead vendor negotiations and risk management.
• Coordinate security, financial, and legal reviews for vendors.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• Monitor renewals, spend, and vendor performance.
