Job summary

Lynx seeks an experienced Contracts Manager (Procurement) to own inbound procurement and contracting for software, SaaS, and services in a remote-US role. This position partners with Finance, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to secure favorable terms and manage risk.

You will lead the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, negotiate agreements, track renewals, ensure compliance, and drive speed and practicality in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of procurement, contracts management, or related experience.
• Experience managing vendor selection, drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Familiarity with software/SaaS terms, data protection, and warranties.
• Experience negotiating pricing, renewals, and term terms.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and contracting for inbound vendor relationships.
• Lead vendor selection with market research, RFIs/RFPs, and evaluations.
• Support vendor due diligence including security and finance reviews.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer vendor agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Negotiate pricing, renewal terms, and contract conditions in partnership with Finance.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor contract negotiations with legal and sales teams.
• Own renewal tracking, notice deadlines, and renegotiation decisions.
• Monitor vendor performance and track spend to identify savings opportunities.
