Qualifications

• Four+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Category expertise in Marketing, HR, Professional Services, Consulting, or Financial Services.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes from requirements through supplier performance.
• Ability to negotiate high-value commercial agreements balancing cost and risk.
• Knowledge of master supply agreements, PSAs/SOWs, and contract amendments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Finance in the Americas.
• Assess supplier capabilities, market trends, pricing, and opportunities to establish a high-performing supplier base.
• Lead complex negotiations, contracts, and reverse auctions to optimize costs and cash flow.
• Oversee master agreements, PSAs, SOWs, changes, amendments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership, ROI, and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships with performance monitoring and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks while upholding ethical sourcing and data privacy.
