Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Procurement Category Manager based in the United States to lead strategic sourcing across Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Finance categories in the Americas. You will drive supplier selection, complex negotiations, and cost optimization while aligning with global procurement objectives.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, manage risk, and improve contractual performance in a multinational tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in Marketing, HR, Professional Services, Consulting, or Financial Services.
• End-to-end sourcing and negotiation experience.
• Understanding of master service agreements, SOWs and change requests.
• Strong financial acumen: TCO, ROI, pricing models.
• Experience in supplier performance management and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Finance across the Americas.
• Assess supplier capabilities, market trends, and pricing to identify options.
• Lead high-value negotiations, contracts, and sourcing projects.
• Negotiate and oversee master agreements, SOWs, changes, and amendments.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership and ROI to identify savings opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards and SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing with business priorities.
• Mitigate supplier, contractual, financial, and compliance risks.
• Coordinate global sourcing with international procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and governance.
