Qualifications

• At least four years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in Marketing, HR, Professional Services, Consulting, or Financial Services.
• Ability to lead end-to-end sourcing, including negotiations and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across defined categories in the Americas.
• Lead high-value negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance management.
• Analyze TCO, ROI, and pricing to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions and geographies to align strategies.
