Qualifications

• Minimum four years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in Marketing, HR, Professional Services, Consulting, or Financial Services.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing from requirements to supplier performance.
• Ability to negotiate high-value, high-risk agreements and structure favorable terms.
• Understanding of master supply agreements, statements of work, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Finance across the Americas and globally.
• Assess suppliers, market trends, and pricing to build a high-performing supplier base.
• Lead complex negotiations to optimize costs and terms while ensuring compliance.
• Manage contracts, including master agreements, PSAs, and statements of work.
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards and SLAs; collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.
