Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence in Shelton, CT to lead technology ownership, spend analytics, and governance across Procurement. You will build dashboards, manage data pipelines, and partner with FP&A to deliver EBITDA improvements.

The role requires building the COE from the ground up, implementing CLM and spend analytics tools, and driving cross‑functional adoption with IT, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or related tech.
• Experience building Spend analytics capability and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise procurement/spend analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology evaluation, selection, and implementation for procurement digital stack.
• Own spend analytics, governance, and reporting to leadership.
• Develop Finance‑grade savings tracking and EBITDA visibility.
• Coordinate with FP&A, IT, and Legal to ensure data integrity and governance.
• Build and maintain COE workflows, playbooks, and modernization of processes.
