Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement – COE in Shelton, CT to lead the center of excellence for procurement technology, analytics, and governance. The role collaborates with Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver EBITDA improvements and scalable systems across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, and Beverages & Snacks.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will own the digital stack, build executive dashboards, and establish policy and governance while driving adoption of new tools and data-driven

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement or analytics.
• Hands-on spend analytics experience.
• Experience building enterprise spend dashboards.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Spend HQ, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Strong Excel and data skills; executive-level reporting.
• Experience supporting VP/CFO-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of the procurement digital stack.
• Act as technology owner for procurement platforms and drive adoption.
• Coordinate IT connectivity and data integrations across platforms.
• Develop spend analytics and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Maintain Finance-grade savings and pipeline reports.
• Establish governance standards and procurement policy.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
