Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence in Shelton, CT to lead the design and rollout of a digital procurement foundation. You will own spend analytics, governance, and reporting, partnering with IT, FP&A and Legal to deliver EBITDA impact.

This role builds systems from the ground up, drives adoption, and ensures executive visibility into savings and performance. Qualifications include experience building analytics, procurement tech evaluations, and finance collaboration;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, analytics, or finance closely related to procurement.
• Experience building or managing a spend analytics capability with data categorization and dashboard development.
• Proven ability to design and manage finance-validated savings tracking processes and pipelines.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive multiple workstreams.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience leading executive-level reporting and communications for VP/CFO/CEO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack and tools.
• Build and maintain the enterprise spend cube and analytics-ready data foundation.
• Own the Procurement savings tracking methodology and finance reconciliation.
• Develop governance standards, policy documentation, and procurement SOPs.
• Provide training and capability development across the procurement team.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, Legal, and business units to deliver EBITDA impact.
