Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence in Shelton, CT. This leader will own the digital stack, spend analytics, and governance to deliver measurable EBITDA improvements across Corporate Spend, IT, and Beverages & Snacks.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure accurate reporting and strong executive visibility. The role requires building the COE from the ground up, implementing tools, dashboards, and policy, and driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement or related analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Proven track record building analytics and dashboards for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack.
• Be technology owner: manage performance, integrations and adoption.
• Develop and maintain spend analytics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Design and own savings tracking methodology and pipeline across pillars.
• Collaborate with FP&A on savings validation and period-end reporting.
• Establish governance, policy, and COE processes for the function.
• Partner with IT for data feeds, governance, and system integrations.
