Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence in Shelton, CT to lead the transformation of procurement systems, data, analytics, reporting, and governance. You will own the digital stack, drive spend analytics, and build executive dashboards to prove value.

This role partners with Finance/FP&A, IT, and Legal, delivering EBITDA improvements across pillars. The COE Manager will establish governance standards, create analytics capabilities, and ensure savings are validated and

Qualifications

8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or related tech.
Hands-on experience building spend analytics and dashboards.
Experience with at least one enterprise procurement/spend analytics platform.
Track record of finance-validated savings tracking.
Experience in build/transformation within procurement.
Advanced Excel and data skills; proficiency in BI tools.
Experience supporting executive-level reporting to VP/CFO.

Responsibilities

Technology ownership: evaluate, select, and implement digital stack for procurement.
Lead spend analytics & insights: build spend cube and dashboards for leadership.
Design and own savings tracking methodology across pillars.
Project tracking & governance: manage multiple workstreams with milestones.
Capabilities & continuous improvement: develop training and tooling.
Collaborate with FP&A, IT, andLegal for governance and reporting.
