Job summary

Crafty is seeking an Accounting Manager, AP + Partner Billing to lead our accounting operations, owning accounts payable, partner billing, and month-end close activities. You will design scalable processes, strengthen controls, and ensure accuracy and timeliness across vendor and partner interactions.

You'll manage a small team and outsourced resources, set KPIs, automate recurring tasks with AI tools, and partner with stakeholders to drive efficient close cycles and reliable financial reporting

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of accounting experience with direct AP, accruals, reconciliations, and close ownership.
• Experience managing vendor payments, payment approvals, and high-volume invoicing workflows.
• Experience leading outsourced/shared-service teams with KPIs and QA routines.
• Experience with ERP data flows and internal controls; Ramp and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong communication with vendors, partners, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own AP, partner billing, and related month-end close activities.
• Lead accounting operations, governance, and escalation handling with vendors and partners.
• Design scalable SOPs, automations, and recurring reporting cadences.
• Oversee outsourced resources (Flatworld) and internal teams; manage KPIs.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
