Job summary

Machinify seeks a Manager, Procurement Operations to lead end-to-end procurement, governance, and transformation efforts across sourcing, P2P, and supplier management. The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, IT, Risk, and business stakeholders to create a scalable procurement operating model.

The position emphasizes hands-on delivery, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-moving environment with AI-enabled enablement and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 7+ years in procurement/operations.
• Experience delivering procurement transformation with system implementations and process redesign.
• Strong analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the procurement governance framework and operating model.
• Lead sourcing, P2P, contract management, and supplier management initiatives.
• Manage and report on transformation programs across multiple regions and teams.
• Deliver status updates and leadership-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
