Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with required years of experience in health care, supply chain, finance, business, or nursing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of commodity/service line and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary groups to enhance financial and operational analyses, supply chain, product management, and SCM activities.
• Review supply expenses with Mayo departments and identify reduction opportunities.
• Provide support to Sourcing and Contracting Team with data collection, RFP input, vendor analysis, and contract compliance/rebate oversight.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, audits, and implement best practices for supply chain operations.
