• Oversees recruitment, selection, performance appraisals, and staff development.
• Manages scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and staff/resource issues.
• Leads projects and work groups in SCM and related areas.
• Collaborates with Mayo Clinic, MCHS, suppliers, and site personnel regarding procurement, payment, reimbursement processes, policies, contracting strategies, vendor/supplier management negotiations and/or account management.
• Drives initiatives to improve financial and operational performance across Mayo Clinic and MCHS sites.
