Responsabilités

• Support SCM by facilitating communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, order expediting, returns, and invoice/receipt discrepancies.
• Handle high volume inbound communications via phone, tickets, and email from Mayo Clinic staff across departments and external sources.
• Triage SCM-related inquiries and escalate as needed; coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Assist SCM leadership in training both new and existing staff to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
• Identify policy or procedural violations and determine appropriate corrective actions.
