Job summary

JVMH Infotech is seeking an Associate Materials Control Specialist 1 in Oklahoma City to support procurement activities within the supply chain. Qualifications

1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
Experience with Oracle procurement and receiving is a plus.
Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes and documentation.
Ability to coordinate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create requisitions and receipts in Oracle to support business demand.
Support procure-to-pay activities: requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration.
Work closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers.
Follow procurement policies and procedures.
Resolve supplier and internal customer inquiries.
Monitor order status and delivery requirements.
Maintain procurement documentation and records.
Support reporting and other administrative supply chain activities.
