Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical processing.
• Proven track record in day-to-day purchasing, vendor management, and cost reduction.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for vendors and plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and manage all plant purchasing; own procurement systems with CFO.
• Own full purchase-to-pay cycle: POs to three-way invoice matching.
• Control supply cage; manage inventory and Master asset list.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Build supplier relationships; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AVL and ensure vendor compliance documentation.
• Produce weekly procurement summaries and reports for leadership.
